IN NO EVENT WILL HOWCRUNCH’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO HOWCRUNCH IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
